Project implementation includes all the activities leading to execution of a project. The activities include design, engineering, procurement and managing construction at site. The collective efforts of various agencies such as vendors, licensors, clients, contractors and sub-contractors are synchronized together with various departments of AEPL for the effective implementation of the project. It ensures the timely completion of the project within the budgeted cost.
